Layman & Garbett Put Spidey, The Hulk, and Deadpool Through an Identity War
By Libbi Rich

There’s a marvelous interview on Marvel.com with writer John Layman (“Chew”) and artist Lee Garbett (“Batman: The Return of Bruce Wayne”) about Marvel’s special annual series “Identity Wars.”  The warped adventures will be featured in this year’s The Amazing Spider-Man, Hulk, and Deadpool Annuals.

Of this reality bending, alternate universe series, Layman says,  “…Spider Man, instead of constantly balancing super heroing with real life problems has a charmed, almost idealized life…”
With Layman’s quirky wit and Garbett’s expressive character design, the “Identity War” project should be quite an adventure.
